August 30, 2007 (FPRC) -- Former international supermodel turned Celebrity Chef-Maria Liberati (http://www.marialiberati.com) is slated to make an appearance at the Great Grapes Festivals on Sept 22, 23rd at 5PM at the Mann Center in Fairmount Park in Phila.,Pa and also at the ETS Convention Center in Princeton, NJ on Sept 29, 30th at 4 PM.
Maria will be making an appearance with her The Basic Art of Italian Cooking (tm) show and cooking demo. Based on her bestselling book The Basic Art of Italian Cooking- Ms. Liberati will be demonstrating recipes from the book.
A special book signing will be held before her appearance and a portion of the proceeds from book sales go to Gilda's Club (www.gildasclubnyc.org)
