August 30, 2007 (FPRC) -- Star Search Casting has just announced that it has met the exacting standards of professional ethics and business conduct required for membership in the Better Business Bureau. The BBB thoroughly reviews the background, standards and complaint history of any company who wishes to become a member, and requires all members to comply with a strict code of ethics which includes the following: (1) Truth in advertising with no deceptive statements or claims that could mislead customers; (2) Full Disclosure about the company’s business, products and policies; (3) Privacy – the company must protect it’s customers’ personal information and provide adequate Security at all times; (4) Customer Satisfaction – the company must answer customers questions, always resolve customer complaints, and offer a fair method to resolve any disputes; (5) Protect Children – the company must take special care to protect children from being misled.
