September 18, 2007 (FPRC) -- NORTHERN VIRGINIA— Succeed to Lead is proud to announce that it has recently been recognized in LegalZoom.com’s Entrepreneur Spotlight. “We’re delighted that LegalZoom.com has recognized us for this honor,” said CEO Byron L. Cherry.

Succeed to Lead (STL) is a leadership and business management consulting firm with consultants across the US, Mexico, and Canada. “Our consultants provide executive coaching to help professionals enhance their personal and business leadership skills, as well as seminars, assessments, training programs, and keynote addresses,” Cherry said.

“Today’s leaders must be intuitive, insightful, flexible, and responsive to the needs of clients and employees,” said Cherry. “Business schools are turning out very bright individuals, but leadership requires more than intellect. Our experts know how to help people tap their inner leader and bring that leader out to encourage, influence, and develop others,” he continued.

More than half of the consultants with Succeed to Lead have doctorates in leadership studies. They are uniquely qualified to perform leadership assessments, and then work with organizations or individuals to evolve effective leadership skills. Organizations work with STL’s consultants to prepare for change, re-evaluate strategic objectives, and facilitate off-site management meetings.

Succeed to Lead also provides customer service and human resource management training, as well as business communications and small business consulting. “Our experts have worked for the federal government as civilians or members of the armed forces, Fortune 100 corporations, global organizations, and as entrepreneurs. There isn’t a business area they aren’t familiar with, and they are excited to now provide the bounty of their knowledge and experience to others,” explained Cherry.

SucceedtoLead.com has recently launched a bi-monthly e-newsletter. This free resource includes articles from STL’s experts, stories from the front line, and tips for today’s leaders.
