September 20, 2007 (FPRC) -- For eleven (11) consecutive years, The European Call Centre of the Year Awards has been very successful and is celebrating its success this year at the upcoming Call Centre Expo (CCE), which will take place on September 26-27, 2007. Xceed is one of the strongest nominees for the second most competitive category at European Call Centre Awards (ECCA) this year, “The Non European Call Centre” award category. The ECCA ceremony will be held at the Birmingham Hilton Metropole, on September 26th, the first night of Call Centre Expo, where the entire industry will gather together to celebrate outstanding achievements in the contact centre industry.

The past two years have been proliferating with awards for Xceed. In the year 2006, Xceed has been awarded the Microsoft Premier Vendor Award for the year 2006 which accredits the role that Xceed has been taking as a valuable partner to all its clients, contributing to their success and prosperity. For the two consecutive years 2006 and 2007, Xceed has been crowned with Outsourcing Service Provider of the Year Award from Insights Institute, The OSP award is presented to companies that have demonstrated their ability to leverage both human and technical resources to maximize customer satisfaction and company’s return on investment. According to Ossama Nazmi, Xceed Sales and & Marketing Director “ Xceed is soaring with its achievements this year by being short listed for that award, which is even a greater challenge yet an opportunity to reaffirm our solid operating performance”.

Xceed plans to reinforce its presence in the UK market through its remarkable and unsurpassed participation at the Call Centre Expo (CCE). This year Xceed will be participating in the Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA) Egyptian Pavilion. There will be six (6) companies that will be co-exhibitors in the Egyptian Pavilion this year. The Egyptian Pavilion will be over an area of 70 square meters. Xceed is taking its participation upscale to the extent of sponsoring the Call Centre Focus award’s dinner. This is CCE’s 9th year as Europe’s number one exhibition for professionals committed to delivering improvement in the customer contact industry. CCE has attracted 5,168 attendees last year and over 300 exhibitors.
