Royal Adhesives and Sealants LLC Acquires Industrial Adhesives Inc's (IAC) Bond-Plus Packaging Adhesives and Coatings Product Line
Royal Adhesives and Sealants LLC announced today the completion of its acquisition of the assets of IAC Bond-Plus¨ water base adhesives and coatings product line. The acquired product line consists of EVA, PVA and, acrylic latex water based adhesives and coatings that are primarily sold to the paper, graphic arts and laminating markets.

South Bend, IN (FPRC) September 25, 2007 -- Royal Adhesives and Sealants LLC announced today the completion of its acquisition of the assets of IAC Bond-Plus¨ water base adhesives and coatings product line. The acquired product line consists of EVA, PVA and, acrylic latex water based adhesives and coatings that are primarily sold to the paper, graphic arts and laminating markets. Royal will be transferring production of these products to its 25,000 sq. ft., state of the art water based adhesives manufacturing center located within its 240,000 sq. ft. South Bend Indiana operation. IAC will continue to toll manufacture the products until the transition is complete.
