Dentist Adds His Integrity and Customer Service Philosophy to ForAccess Advisory Board

She and her husband, dentist Perry Wood, have worked together for 20 years, and their philosophy has always been one of respect for the patients, and integrity in business.
“Dr. Wood is a general practitioner who also does orthodontics for all ages. He has an absolute passion for dentistry. When he’s not working with patients, he’s reading about how new procedures, techniques, and equipment will benefit them. He takes about 200 hours of continuing education credits each year to stay up to date with what is available,” explained Mrs. Woods.
It is this dedication to patient satisfaction and learning that makes Dr. Wood a great addition to the ForAccess Advisory Board. Dr. Wood has been in private practice in San Antonio, Texas, since graduating from the Health Sciences Center in San Antonio. His philosophy is one of respect and service. “Dr. Wood views each person holistically. If a person’s mouth is seriously ill, he wants to know about the person—it’s not just about the teeth or mouth—the mouth is connected to the body. We worry about the whole person,” said Mrs. Wood.
