Society of Thai Arts Organizes Activity Ground in 24th Motor Expo To Cultivate Youths’ Conscience and Preserve Thai Arts and Culture

October 30, 2007 (FPRC) -- Jirasak Avagasjakravan, committee member/secretary of the Society of Thai Arts, Culture and National Identity said, “The Society is preparing to put up Thai cultural performances at the Thai arts, culture and national identity ground in the “24th THAILAND INTERNATIONAL MOTOR EXPO 2007” from November 29 to December 10, 2007 between 1500-1800 hrs., in collaboration with Office of the National Culture Commission, BMA Department of Education, Nonthaburi Cultural Council, Group of Advanced Cultural Executive Classes 1-4 of the Society and Inter-Media Consultant Co., Ltd.”

“Thai arts and culture represent the Nation’s civilization. We should be proud to inherit and preserve Thai arts and culture. The public should be made aware of their value and significance so as to cultivate the conscience in youths and Expo visitors to play a role in the preservation, promotion and inheritance of the Nation’s invaluable legacy”, Mr. Jirasak added.

A variety of performances will take place at the show ground including classical Thai music, folk Thai music, Natasilpa, Muay Thai and Krabi Krabong, dances, Dari ke Hulu, and Ku Jeong with Ranad fusion ensemble, scheduled as follows:-
