October 31, 2007 (FPRC) -- China International Exhibition on Packaging Machinery & Materials (Sino-Pack) has been well- known for its expertise and has been one of the leading packaging events in China. Sino-Pack 2008 will be held again at the largest exhibition center in Asia, China Import and Export Fair Pazhou Complex, Guangzhou, PR China from March 4 - 7, 2008.
Sino-Pack 2008 will serve as a perfect meeting platform for key decision makers in the industries, including food, drink, daily chemical, pharmaceutical products, plastics (including bottle, film, etc) and paper packaging manufacturers, with all-in packaging solutions by international suppliers.

Reviewing the last edition held in Guangzhou, March 2007, Sino-Pack 2007 successfully attracted over 13,700 buyers, of which 2,300 buyers came from the overseas 59 countries / regions, who witnessed the latest innovations in the packaging industry presented by over 200 international exhibitors from 15 countries and regions. The exhibition was supported by over 30 associations, including Korea Packaging Machinery Association (KPMA), Italian Association of Automatic Packing and Packaging Machinery Manufacturers, Processing and Packaging Machinery Association (PPMA) in UK, Packaging Machinery Manufacturers Institute (PMMI) in US, Hong Kong Packaging Institute, Guangdong Packaging Technology Association, Taiwan Association of Machinery Industry (TAMI), Guangdong Provincial Alcohol Industry Association Beer Branch & Guangdong Provincial Light Industry Association.
Concurrently, ¡§Guangdong, Hong Kong & Macau Packaging Industry Summit 2007¡¨ was held with Sino-Pack 2007 to enhance the exchange and cooperation between Guangdong, HK and Macau packaging industry, and to explore favorable trading and export opportunities. Experts and quality speakers were invited to introduce the latest development trends and challenges of the packaging industry and share their successful business experience with over 200 audience during the summit. Moreover, ¡§Guangdong, Hong Kong & Macau Packaging Enterprise Product Design Award¡¨ was also held concurrently. Winners on BEST SELLING, BEST MATERIALS, BEST STYLE, BEST ENVIRONMENTAL categories, etc. were selected and the awarded designs were displayed at the fairground of Sino-Pack 2007. The events were co-organized by Guangdong Packaging Technology Association, Hong Kong Packaging Institute and the Association of Advertising Agents of Macau.
