Baylies Listens to Her Customer’s Needs And With IDX She Helps To Fulfill Them

November 27, 2007 (FPRC) -- EUGENE, ORE. – IDX, Inc. announces today the addition of Kathleen Baylies, with Just For Buyers Realty, Inc. in Wilmington, North Carolina to its list of IDX Broker search tool subscribers. Now anyone with internet access can view the Wilmington MLS (WRARMLS) properties from Baylies website, saving both realtor and consumer valuable time.
IDX Broker extracts the property information from the WRARMLS using the Internet Data Exchange technology (IDX), and transmits it directly to Baylies’ website. In addition to providing access to this information that until now was only available to realtors, IDX formats the raw data into a user-friendly search form that is based on the agent’s specifications. With options such as advanced searches, search saves, and email updates for her clients, this software adds convenience and value to any real estate agent’s website.
The look and displayed details of the integrated IDX search tool is up the realtor and fully customizable from Baylies’ own computer. She can log onto her administrative access page and download lead tracking data, check out traffic reports, add on additional tools such as slideshows, and create any changes that she feels will further benefit her realty business.
