KTGY GROUP, INC., Architecture and Planning received seven Silver Awards and a Regional Award in The Nationals 2008 Awards competition. KTGY is also a finalist for three prestigious Best In American Living Awards (BALA). The final Best In American Living Awards will be announced and presented February 12, 2008. The Nationals’ Gold Awards will be announced and presented February 13, 2008. Both will take place during the International Builders’ Show in Orlando, FL.

December 6, 2007 (FPRC) -- IRVINE, CALIF. - KTGY GROUP, INC., Architecture and Planning, is pleased to announce its latest achievements with award winning projects. KTGY received seven Silver Awards and a Regional Award in The Nationals 2008 Awards competition. KTGY is also a finalist for three prestigious Best In American Living Awards (BALA).
The Nationals’ Silver Award winners are the top vote recipients in each category and are the finalists for the highly coveted Gold Award. The final Best In American Living Awards will be announced and presented February 12, 2008. The Nationals’ Gold Awards will be announced and presented February 13, 2008. Both will take place during the International Builders’ Show in Orlando, FL.
The Lakes at Annecy (Plan 852) in Gilbert, AZ won both a Silver Award and a Regional Award in the category of Best Single Family Detached Home Priced Under $400,000 in The Nationals award competition. Trend Homes of Arizona is the project’s builder.
Arroyo Crossing in Livermore, CA won three Silver Awards in the categories of Best Single Family Detached Home Priced $650,000 To $1 Million, Best Single Family Detached Home Priced $1 Million To $2 Million for its Plan 1, and Detached Community of the Year Over $750,000. O’Brien Homes is the project’s builder.
City Square in Escondido, CA won two Silver Awards in the categories of Best Attached Home Plan Priced Under $500,000 for its Plan 1 and Attached Community of the Year – Suburban. Barratt American of Carlsbad, Calif. is the project’s builder.
Vantage of Palo Alto (Plan 2) in the City of Palo Alto, Calif. won a Silver Award for Best Attached Home Plan Priced Under $500,000. Warmington Homes is the project’s builder.
KTGY is also a finalist for three Best In American Living Awards. The projects that have been recognized are: College Vista in San Mateo, Calif. in the category of Best Rental Development Up To & Including 4 Stories, developed by Thompson Dorfman Partners of Sausalito, Calif.; Nuevo Amanecer in Pajaro, Calif. received in the category of Best Rental Development Up To & Including 4 Stories, developed by South County Housing Corporation of Gilroy, Calif.; and Falcon Crest in Palm Desert, Calif. in the category of HUD Secretary’s Award for Excellence, developed by Community Dynamics of Santa Monica, Calif.
