December 6, 2007 (FPRC) -- The Municipal Planning Group of Bocas Del Toro has unanimously approved pre-sales for "Palacio del Mar", the first phase of the Six Diamond Resorts International brand. International sales will be managed by Venetian Capital out of Miami, Florida.
