Ozburn-Hessey Logistics Opens New International Services Station in Atlanta, GA: 3PL Continues Strategic Expansion

December 11, 2007 (FPRC) -- Brentwood, TN--Ozburn-Hessey Logistics (OH Logistics) has announced the opening of a new international services station in its Atlanta, GA facilities. The station will offer a full range of logistics services, including customs brokerage and freight forwarding via air and ocean, worldwide and door-to-door.

“As we continue the expansion of our global supply chain service offering, establishing an Atlanta hub for our international operations is a key milestone,” commented Larry Antonucci, President, Americas, Barthco International, a division of Ozburn-Hessey Logistics. We already have an excellent facility in the Atlanta area, and now we've given it true international capabilities.”

The international services station is located just minutes from the Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport in an existing 75,000 square foot OH Logistics facility, which features freezer and cooler capacities, pick-and-pack operations, and LTL reefer and dry distribution capabilities.

“We now offer clients unparalleled international services which can be part of an integrated global logistics solution,” said Noah Rader, Atlanta station manager. “We look forward to serving clients in many industries from this location.”

Rader is a 43-year veteran of international logistics services and has extensive experience in both operations and client management. Other team members joining Rader include Clyde Ross Albright, Jr., import manager, with 32 years' experience as a customs broker, and Luisa Wittong, team leader, who brings 10 years' experience from the company's JFK office.

The new international services station is part of OH Logistics' overall expansion strategy. OH Logistics also recently opened an international services station in Dallas and announced a new facility in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.
