January 7, 2008 (FPRC) -- Rebate Real Estate in Indianapolis Indiana will soon be offering people who are looking for Indianapolis real estate a brand new way to search the local MLS. Rebate Real Estate is upgrading the search function of it’s website to include a custom IDX (internet data exchange) solution aimed at improving and simplifying the home search process.
The upgraded IDX will include features such as: map search with Google maps, saved searched, and email notifications. In addition, user will be able to search for Indianapolis homes by just about any criteria such as: zip, address, MLS #, schools, city, county, and subdivision just to name a few.
The new Indianapolis MLS search will be debuting sometime in January 2008 and will be second to none in the Indianapolis real estate market. Currently users in the Indianapolis market have very few customized options to search the MLS on the internet. The addition of this search function will simplify and enhance the potential home buyer’s experience tremendously. One of the most useful tools of the upcoming IDX is the ability to search by map on Google maps. Users can draw a box around a specific area, run a search, and input more criteria to narrow down the results.
Rebate Real Estate is owned and operated by Michael Taylor, a resident of Indianapolis and offers its clients a 50% commission rebate on all homes. While common in other parts of the country rebates are a very new concept to the Indianapolis market. Rebate Real Estate is leading the way for both commission structures and website usability.
