Coreland Companies Adds Thomas Tway to Brokerage Leasing/Sales Department
Coreland Companies of Tustin, Calif., one of the largest real estate service companies based in California, announced it has added Thomas Tway as Leasing/Sales Associate to the company’s Leasing/Sales Department. Tway will work with Coreland’s existing retail leasing team and service the department’s growing retail portfolio as well as identify new third-party leasing and sales assignments in Southern California. Tway joins the Coreland Team after a three-year association with REP Commercial in Irvine, Calif., where he was a Retail Leasing Associate and also assisted with acquisitions and new leasing for ground up developments.

January 8, 2008 (FPRC) -- TUSTIN, CALIF. – Coreland Companies of Tustin, Calif., one of the largest real estate service companies based in California, announced it has added Thomas Tway as Leasing/Sales Associate to the company’s Leasing/Sales Department. Tway will work with Coreland’s existing retail leasing team and service the department’s growing retail portfolio as well as identify new third-party leasing and sales assignments in Southern California.
Tway joins the Coreland Team after a three-year association with REP Commercial in Irvine, Calif., where he was a Retail Leasing Associate and also assisted with acquisitions and new leasing for ground up developments. Tway brings extensive leasing experience to Coreland’s Leasing/Sales Department and has completed hundreds of retail lease transactions including leases with McDonalds, Starbucks, T-Mobile and Subway. He will join Coreland’s retail team headed by Matt Hammond and will assist in the marketing and leasing of the company’s Southern California four million-square-foot retail portfolio.
Tway will report to Steven Hogberg, Senior Vice President Leasing/Sales, and be based in the company’s Tustin office. “We are extremely excited to add this seasoned professional to our expanding team, especially as our portfolio continues to grow,” Hogberg said.
