Mexican Office Company, IOS OFFICES Announces Expansion
It has not been a year since IOS OFFICES opened its doors, when the serviced-offices company is already expanding into a new tower.
The pioneers of the serviced offices concept in northern Mexico, Adrian and Javier Garcia-Iza, launched in June 2006 a new brand named IOS OFFICES. Intelligent Office Solutions, based in Monterrey, Mexico, with the largest business center in Latin America, is already redefining what an equipped executive suite means and can provide.

January 14, 2008 (FPRC) -- With the HQ Global Workplaces regional franchise, the Garcia Iza brothers achieved a 3,000% growth in 10 years. During their management, HQ in Monterrey went from 60 workstations in 2 floors in a building, to 1,200 workstations in several floors in 5 different locations in Monterrey’s metropolitan area, including a standalone building (the first one for HQ). They have now taken a step further, launching their own business and brand, in equal partnership, in what they call “the equivalent to a luxury hotel, but in the office industry”. Javier and Adrian have already managed to have a 85% occupancy in the eight story, stand-alone, Torre IOS Campestre building. And this success had led them to grow to the neighboring tower.
More than 11 conference rooms, a training center, a modern and unique cafeteria, a panoramic terrace, several coffee stations and lounges, and elegant receptions, occupy more than 50% of Torre IOS Campestre. With the second tower, the common space will increase considerably. Hot desks, a large auditorium, and innovative areas that no business center has seen, will occupy the ground floor. This is a revolution in the office industry, giving so much importance to the “non leasable” common areas. But the innovations only start there. IP telephony, LCD screens and minibars in meeting rooms, wireless internet in all the building, including the exterior areas, softphone in clients’ laptops making local calls possible while being anywhere in the world, modern Japanese washlets, espresso and cappuccino coffee machines, and ambient music, are among some of the unique features in IOS. An in-house developed modern administration platform allows a unified and personalized telephone and message handling for IOS MEMBERS (there are no clients, only members), who can remotely access this extranet and see their consumptions and messages, secure a meeting room, or change the telephone answering script, among many other features.
