Werner has been promoted from senior associate to vice president at Hanley Investment Group.
An expert in the sale of retail properties, Werner has closed 20 sales transactions in the last 24 months totaling more than $100,000,000 throughout Southern California and the western United States. In the past year, Werner closed transactions such as Lompoc Corners in Lompoc for $16,100,000, Ranch Center in Diamond Bar for $15,700,000, Mountain View Plaza in Hemet for $9,800,000, San Jacinto Plaza in San Jacinto for $4,200,000 and University Avenue Retail Center in Riverside for $2,800,000. In 2007, Werner’s hard work earned him the “Top Producer Award” for his exceptional performance in retail investment sales as the #1 Agent at Hanley Investment Group.
