January 25, 2008 (FPRC) -- EUGENE, ORE. – IDX, Inc. announced today that Dennis Kulp had chosen to use IDX Broker search tools as a way to connect his website visitors with the thousands of property listings from his local Multiple Listing Service, TREND MLS (TREND). IDX Broker greatly simplifies the process of presenting property information to potential buyers by allowing consumers to access the details on their own, saving the real estate agent time that can be better spent elsewhere.

IDX, Inc. uses its product, IDX Broker, to provide real estate professionals with customized search tools that once integrated with their websites, display property listings information from the local Multiple Listing Service (MLS). Kulp’s website source code is used to provide a customized graphical integration of the IDX Broker search tools, maintaining the look and feel of his site even with the search tools hosted on IDX’s server. Kulp is provided with his own administrative account from where he can change the format and layout, add additional options, and access tools such as traffic reporting graphs and lead management data.

Dennis Kulp is also able to choose what to offer his customers. He can give them access to Automatic email updates – allowing consumers to define preferred criteria and receive emails when new properties match; My Property Manager – allowing consumers to keep track of properties in which they are interested, as well as saved searches and saved results; Advanced searches including map based results; home valuation requests; and mortgage calculators. With all of these options, Kulp is able to keep his clients and potential customers current in this ever-changing real estate market.
