January 29, 2008 (FPRC) -- The real estate is market is begining to warm up in India after a slow down in last two years. A lot of real estate developers are launching the projects in Delhi and surrounding areas. Earlier these projects were primarily bought by the real estate investors who wanted to get benefit of the relative down turn of the market with a potential to get good return after the market takes off.
The Jaypee Greens is one of the renowned and prestigious developer with diverse buisness background. They have alreadystarted handing over the properties in their first and landmark real estate project in Greater Noida. Jaypee Greens have now come up with new ultra luxury apartments in Noida. Noida is in suburb oF Delhi city and now considered part of "Delhi NCR". These apartments will be startegically located near Delhi in Sector 128 of Noida. " We are expecting surge in the end users as buyers in real estate market as the investors may want to sit at the fence to see how things turn out" said Mr Anand, Managing Director of Mast Ghar International, a real estate marketing agency that primarily deals with NRIs. "The prices are now more realistic" he added. The posession of apartments will be available by 2010.
The buyers however should not expect the immediate return as the market conditions are not perfect for flipping. People who can buy and expect to hold will reap good reward. The early bird registration may also get some rebates for booking the apartments.
