February 1, 2008 (FPRC) -- EUGENE, ORE. – Eugene based IDX, Inc. today announced the addition of CLAW (combined LA/Westside MLS) to its network of Multiple Listing Service (MLS) data feeds. Now members of the CLAW MLS have the opportunity to attractively and easily display and customize MLS listings on their individual or agency website by adding IDX, Inc’s primary MLS search application: IDX Broker.
The IDX Broker application provides agents, brokers and other real estate professionals with the tools needed to create a competitive advantage in an increasingly fluctuating real estate market. IDX, or Internet Data Exchange, is the means of extracting data from the MLS and making it available on a website for public view. In other words, IDX makes it much easier for potential buyers to browse real estate websites for listings that fit their needs.
