Dinner will start out with champagne “Mimosa”, followed by two courses of appetizers. Then, an executive chef, Matteo Giuffrida exquisitely prepares gourmet meal with four choices of entrée. The crown jewel of the meal, chocolate soufflé, completes the meal.
