How and When to Make The Right Decision,” held on March 10, 2008 at the Irvine Marriott at 5:00 pm.

March 3, 2008 (FPRC) -- IRVINE, CALIF - Award-winning KTGY GROUP, INC., Architecture and Planning, is pleased to announce that KTGY’s Stan Braden, AIA, Chairman / Principal has been invited to participate in the Orange County Chapter’s Building Industry Association (BIA) and Home Builders Council (HBC) program, “New Development: For Sale or For Rent? How and When to Make The Right Decision,” held on Monday, March 10, 2008 at the Irvine Marriott at 5:00 pm. Rick Lamprecht, Senior Vice President Development of Irvine Apartment Communities and Michael McCann, Director of Land Acquisition with Shea Homes will join Braden as panel members. Phillip Bettencourt of Bettencourt and Associates will be the moderator. The industry experts will discuss the benefits and challenges of converting “for sale” projects to “for rent” projects.
As chairman at KTGY, Braden brings over 35 years of architectural experience with the past 16 years as a Principal at KTGY. Stan’s primary focus at KTGY is leading a Studio that specializes in the design and planning of high density apartment, condominium, mixed-use, and continuing care retirement communities including extensive community amenity facilities. After serving as President of KTGY for 10 years, Stan is now the Chairman of the Board of Directors where he collaborates with 30 Partners to provide KTGY’s clients with the highest level of planning, design and architectural services.
Registration and networking will begin at 5:00 pm with the dinner and program starting at 6:00 pm. The event will be held at Irvine Marriott, 18000 Von Karman Avenue in Irvine.
