New, Green Quilt Pattern Offers Opportunity to Reuse and Recycle

Bless This Child Designs of Cadott, Wisconsin has introduced Scatterbrain this week. This unique pattern was created by designer Shannon Klahr. It’s completed simply and quickly with fabulous results.
Bless This Child recommends using 100% organic cotton fabric or recycled fabric from old clothing or old quilts. Add to the mix a spool of organic cotton thread and organic cotton batting, and virtually anyone can sew their own green or organic quilt. The Scatterbrain pattern itself is printed using recycled papers without any type of plastic packaging. Klahr strives to live green every day of her life, and donates her profits to organizations that support saving our planet for future generations and making life better for those less fortunate.
“Without protecting the natural gifts we have been given to help us survive, our food and shelter will continue to be wiped out at record pace. It's time to step it up, and Bless This Child Designs plans on being part of the solution,” says Klahr.
