March 7, 2008 (FPRC) -- Tracey A Bloodsaw (http://www.TraceyABloodsaw.com), a New York based lawyer, has announced special discounted rates to celebrate her 5 years in private practice. The 5% discount is applicable on all services, including uncontested divorces, contested divorces, child custody matters, child visitation cases, child support cases, criminal cases as well as real estate transactions for the entire month of April.

"It has been 5 years in private practice!", says Tracey Bloodsaw, who, in addition to New York, also serves the New Jersey Area. "After endless consultations, making an immeasurable number of deadlines, drafting numerous pleadings, making countless court appearances & spending an infinite number of long days in the office, my law practice is still standing. It is very challenging to maintain a private law practice in NYC, with the number of attorneys outnumbering the number of physicians per capita. Add the costs of malpractice insurance & other overhead expenses, the difficulty of dealing with clients, the task of rainmaking, among many other things, running a law practice can be unappealing to many. Particularly where the attorney chooses to specialize in family law &/or matrimonial law, the stress & the burden imposed can be quite a deterrent", she informs.

Despite all these challenges, the Law Office of Tracey A. Bloodsaw is celebrating 5 years in private practice. "It has been one rollercoaster ride trying to stay afloat!", says Ms. Bloodsaw. After being forced to take a minute to reflect on what has been accomplished, the lessons learned & the obstacles overcome, she acknowledges that if she had to do it all over again "I probably would formulate a well thought out plan first. I had some insight after working with a private practitioner for 4 years, but everything is different when it is your own practice. But what is most rewarding is when I have satisfied clients who actually show their appreciation or who refer other clients to me, that is what keeps me going."

The 5% discount will only apply to new cases that Ms. Bloodsaw is retained for as long as the retainer fee for the service is at least $500.00.
