March 13, 2008 (FPRC) -- EUGENE, ORE. – IDX, Inc. announces today the addition of Jim and Susan Moody with Grangeville Real Estate in Grangeville, Idaho to the list of real estate professionals who use their primary application IDX Broker. These search tools add the ease of searching through thousands of property listings from the Lewis Clark (LCMLS) with the click of a mouse and a simple internet connection. This easy access helps the Moodys retain clients and attract new leads as the majority of home buyers first search the net before contacting a real estate agent and then often keep looking for better options through search engines such as IDX Broker.

IDX uses the Moody’s existing custom website design to provide an integrated search tool, maintaining the look and feel of the existing site while continuing to host and update the application from the IDX servers. The Moody’s are provided with their own administrative account from where they can change the format and layout, add additional options, and access tools such as traffic reporting graphs and lead management data.

Their site visitors can choose from options such as home valuations, mortgage calculators, and an advanced MLS search once they have logged into their own account on the Moody’s website. Once logged in, they have the option to save their searches and also request emailed updates to be sent when property matching their specified criteria become available, this keeps them updated and with their fingers on the pulse of the current real estate market.
