BiotechCrossing’s Affiliate, EmploymentCrossing, Unveils Its Brand New Website Design

Pasadena, CA, March 15, 2008 -- EmploymentCrossing, the main hub for more than 30 industry-specific job boards and websites, including BiotechCrossing, with a total of more than one million active jobs, launched its new and improved website design today, further enhancing its users’ job-search experiences.
“Today I am pleased to announce EmploymentCrossing’s new look and navigation,” said CEO A. Harrison Barnes. “With more accessible site features on the main page, EmploymentCrossing users can easily understand how our diligent researchers and advanced technology bring users literally thousands of jobs each day, and why we are the most effective job-research institution available anywhere.”
In addition, EmploymentCrossing plans to launch this new design on BiotechCrossing and its other affiliate Crossing sites in coming months, unifying the entire Crossing family of websites.
EmploymentCrossing currently showcases 34 industry-specific and niche job boards and has plans to almost double that number in the coming year. Starting later this month, the ambitious job-research institution plans to showcase at least five new Crossing websites each week.
Some industries and niches EmploymentCrossing plans to specifically cater to next include nursing, recruiting, publishing, real estate, journalism, and television, just to name a few.
BiotechCrossing’s team of more than 500 staff members monitors the hiring needs of more than 250,000 employers throughout the U.S. and worldwide. With more than 3,500 biotech jobs in its database, BiotechCrossing’s great job selection is growing on a daily basis.
