March 17, 2008 (FPRC) -- EUGENE, ORE. – IDX, Inc. is pleased to announce the addition of Jodi Schram with Exit Real Estate Advantage in Casselberry, Florida to the multitude of real estate professionals using their custom IDX solution, IDX Broker. The integration of these search tools will allow Schram to easily connect her website visitors with the property listings information from the Mid Florida Regional MLS (MIDFL). With the majority of home buyers and sellers starting their real estate search on the internet, this addition gives Jodi Schram a competitive advantage.
Jodi Schram is using IDX Broker to provider her customers with a handful of diverse search options. They can chose to search by MLS number, address search, property search and an advanced property search that provides criteria such as scenery, flooring and schools. Her site visitors can also sign up for a personalized property manager account which will allow them to save their searches and request automatic emailed updates when real estate matching their chosen criteria become available.
IDX Broker works by taking the MIDFL listings data and formatting it into an interactive search tool that is inserted into Jodi Schram’s website. Completely customizable, Schram is able to change the criteria, the layout, the style and also add additional options such as slideshows. She can also use the traffic reports to keep abreast of what her customers are viewing and lead generation tools that will help her to grow her client base.
