iCallGlobe set to take part in the 16th Convergence India 2008, the largest ICT (Information and Communication Technologies) event in South Asia giving different organizations the opportunity to showcase their products and also participate in various conferences.

iCallGlobe, one of the leading VoIP telephony providers based in the UK, is all set to take part in the 16th Convergence India 2008, the largest ICT (Information and Communication Technologies) event in South Asia. This is one of the premium events of the telecom industry and gives different organizations the opportunity to showcase their products and also participate in various conferences which includes prominent names of the industry as speakers on the various trends and challenges. It is the only forum in India that showcases the convergence of telecommunications, fixed and mobile networks, voice and data networks, computing, internet, satellite communications and television and entertainment applications.
The event is organized by the Exhibitions India (EI) group. This group was formed in 1987 with the purpose of attracting investment into India via organizing exhibitions and seminars and enhancing the nation’s foreign earnings by promoting the participation of Indian companies at prominent exhibitions worldwide. Professionals from the streams of Advertising, ASP's / FSP's, Audio / Film / TV Equipment / TV Studios, Media & Public Relations, Meteorological Services, Multi Service Operators, Satellite Communications and Broadcasting / Production Services are frequent visitors to this event which is to be held at Pragati Maidan from 19th-21st March, 2008.
iCallGlobe is currently one among the frontrunners in the VoIP industry with over 15 million minutes of communication handled every month. They would be participating in this forum for the first time with the intention of promoting their products in India as well. They are primarily involved into providing white-label telecom solutions and services and have registered a growth of approximately 500% since their inception in October, 2004.
