The search fields’ integration into Bernhardt’s website will give consumer’s quick and easy access to over 6,000 properties from the local Multiple Listing Service, the Western Upstate MLS (UMLS).
IDX (Internet Data Exchange) is the process IDX Broker uses to transfer the raw and unformatted property listings data from the UMLS.
