March 24, 2008 (FPRC) -- Cathy Barber, creator of All Done Weighting, is offering a Live Workshop on March 29, 2008, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in Wethersfield, CT. All Done Weighting is all about how to lose weight without conventional dieting or restricted eating. It teaches people how to stop emotional and compulsive eating as well.

All Done Weighting is a unique approach because it is about losing weight once and for all using foods that satisfy your body and soul without ever going on another diet. Cathy Barber, creator of the program, promises her clients she will never weigh them, never measure their waistline or any other part of their body, never ask them to weigh themselves, nor ever ask them to weigh or measure food. Barber helps people tap into “innate knowledge that's always been there.” A key element of Barber’s program discovers particularly satisfying food.

“For 25 years I was very good at doing two things: losing weight and gaining weight. I was a competitive dieter, competing against myself and my own willpower. I was a great loser and a superb gainer. I could gain weight faster than anyone I ever met. I tried nearly every diet and diet product to lose weight. I perfected restricted eating and the opposite, binge eating, for over two decades. At 37 years old, I was absolutely worn out from losing and gaining over a thousand pounds, and at 37 years old I began to stop the madness,” Barber says of her own experience.

She continues, with a touch of her hallmark humor, “At the time, I didn't realize I was complying with a very simple Law of The Universe: the Law of Dieting! The Law of Dieting requires that every pound you lose by dieting restrictively will be returned to you, and then some. In other words, it's an interest-bearing investment. All the energy, time, deprivation, and money invested in dieting will be paid back ounce for ounce, pound for pound, and some extra pounds for the "interest payment."

“I am thrilled to say that I stopped dieting in 1991. I started eating everything I had deprived myself of for so many years and I flourished. I ate without guilt for the first time in 25 years. I stopped dieting, ultimately lost weight, and maintained a healthy weight for over 15 years.” Ms. Barber is quite modest as she is actually slender and radiates energy and health.

Cathy Barber is a Holistic Health Counselor and a Drugless Practitioner. She has extensive training in many natural healing modalities including Homeopathy, Aromatherapy, Plant-Based Nutrition and Natural Health Support. Also, she is an EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) practitioner. Using no prescription medications, Barber believes there are many ways to assist the body in healing itself.
