March 25, 2008 (FPRC) -- March Madness kicks off with the East Regional games in Charlotte, North Carolina. One of the biggest games this season will be when Arkansas plays against Indiana. While the Big 10 has been under the radar for most of the year, Indiana has been one of the strongest teams in the conference and is primed to edge out Arkansas by 1.5 points. Experts say that Oklahoma may have difficulty playing against St. Joseph's. However, they are expected to win by at least 1.5 points.

Butler has entered the tournament on a good note but will have their work cut out for them in South Alabama. They're only expected to win by 4 points in that game. Louisville is a safe sports picks for sports bettors because of the assumption that they will win against Boise State by at least 13 points. Tennessee is the team to bet on in the East Regional Tournament because of expectations that they will route American by at least 20 points.

The South Regional bracket has its share of good sports picks. It is predicted that Memphis will beat Texas Arlington. Memphis will most likely run the conference, being favored by 24.5 points in round one. It is expected that Oregon give Mississippi State a run for their money, even though they are a 2.5 underdog. Miami Florida might be playing in the most tightly contested games of the 1st round as the spread favors them by 1 point against St. Mary's. Texas is a big 16 point favorite when they play against Austin Peay.

In the first round of the Midwest Regional bracket, Clemson takes on Villanova. Both colleges have played very well. Although, Clemson is expected to win by at least 6 points. All bets are on Vanderbilt when they play against Siena, having 7 points against the spread. The game to take seriously is Davidson vs. Gonzaga. Davidson will most likely win against Gonzaga. Georgetown is also expected to cream UMBC with a 16.5 point spread.

There are only 2 games scheduled in the West Regional Tournament. Drake will most likely win against Western Kentucky with 4 points against the spread. Connecticut is the smart pick with 11 point favorites over San Diego.
