April 1, 2008 (FPRC) -- Exhibitors are racing to get their products and services in front of over 900 fleet managers who will be attending NAFA’s 2008 Institute & Expo at the Salt Palace Convention Center in Salt Lake City, Utah. Time is running out for those who haven’t registered yet as the expo takes place in less than five weeks and the exhibit floor is quickly filling up.

“NAFA’s 2008 Institute & Expo is one of the largest fleet management events in the world,” said NAFA Executive Director Phillip E. Russo, CAE. “Exhibitors get the chance to meet hundreds of commercial and government fleet professionals face-to-face. We have attendees that are new to fleet management as well as those with many years of experience. It’s a great place to find new customers and build long-standing relationships.”

One in four attendees has less than five years of fleet management experience while nearly sixty percent have been fleet managers for over a decade. They are responsible for such things as vehicle selection, maintenance, management services, fleet management systems, fuel management systems, vehicle uplifting, vehicle auction, safety management, leasing company services, accident management systems, training programs, short-term rentals, auto transport, and used vehicle grade publications.

This year’s Institute & Expo will have over 50 new exhibitors on display. Over 200 companies will be on the expo floor providing an exhaustive range of services for review - everything from specialized environmentally friendly vehicles and vehicle leasing information to accessories and technical data. The Institute & Expo takes place May 4-5, 2008.
