About the Author:
Gaynor Merlaynor lives in Shropshire. Gaynor has worked as a dinner lady, wages clerk, accounts clerk, sales assistant, sales representative and stable girl. She is certified as a Master of Reiki and has taken Crystal Courses. Gaynor is currently drafting out ideas for her next book which will follow from the true understanding which can be gained by this book.

"Most importantly, we must take full responsibility for our actions and do not try to pass blame on to others. Be honourable in your truth, and seek not to undermine others. If you do undermine others, it is to elevate yourself to a ‘higher’ status (or so you believe). Why would you devalue yourself in such a way? To step or trample on others to get to a higher pinnacle is a sorry state to be in. These people will eventually crumble or pull themselves from under your feet, causing you to fall off your pinnacle, only to begin again. How tiring this can be. Hopefully with new eyes filled with understanding and compassion, you will choose not to try and rise above, but to become part of a great whole. You may be surprised to find you embrace those you may have previously chosen to exploit. They in turn may choose to respond with forgiveness, compassion and understanding. That choice is theirs to make."
