April 14, 2008 (FPRC) -- Norfolk golden girl, Melita Morgan, is planning to bring all the ingredients of a London Film Premiere screening to her home city of Norwich. The remarkable actress has clinched a deal with Cinema City that will be rolling out the red carpet for this exclusive celebrity event.
Melita landed the Madonna role in Harmony Korines star-studded movie, 'Mister Lonely' over two years ago. Since then the movie has received acclaim from some of the worlds leading film festivals including, Cannes.
Melita stars alongside Diego Luna, Samantha Morton, Denis Lavant and Anita Pallenberg in this eagerly awaited film that must rate as one of Harmony's most powerful and compelling cinematic creations to date with comedy, twists, real life drama situations all cleverly rolled into one.
The extravagant evening promises to be a glamorous affair with established models, actors and members of the cast invited. It's refreshing to see a Norfolk actress succeeding at this level and maintaining her passion to push her region to the forefront of the global entertainment's scene. Melita is no stranger to modelling and acting and has carved her teeth on a succession of world and media publications throughout the years.
Before the movie screening Melita will make an introductory speech that will be proceeded with a question time by the audience after the viewing.
