AEX Commercial Financing Group has published a Small Business Loans Report focusing on increased malpractice risks for commercial real estate loans and working capital loans. Malpractice for commercial loans is a concern when there is a serious failure of professional duty, and the AEX Report discusses the primary sources where this is occurring with increasing frequency for business owners. As described in the AEX Report, malpractice can occur with lenders and brokers for business financing.

According to Stephen Bush, Founder and Chief Executive Officer for AEX Commercial Financing Group, "The AEX Small Business Loans Report should be considered essential reading for all prospective commercial borrowers because we have recently witnessed an alarming increase in malpractice exposure for many working capital financing situations throughout the U.S. We certainly think it is prudent for business owners to be prepared for these possibilities."

Several illustrations are provided in the AEX Report. One example of malpractice exposure involves specialized forms of commercial real estate loans and SBA loans. Another common source of malpractice with working capital financing is currently seen with many agents for business cash advance programs. A third key malpractice area involves inexperienced lenders and brokers for small business loans. As noted by Stephen Bush of AEX Commercial Financing Group, "Inexperience involving business financing is never a good thing when it refers to a commercial lender or broker. What business borrowers need to be acutely aware of is that such inexperience coupled with the inherent complexity of commercial loans is likely to result in malpractice and other undesirable consequences for the borrower."

More detailed information is available at AEX websites regarding their business financing services. AEX is based in Ohio and provides specialized help for commercial loans and commercial real estate loans throughout the United States.
