May 1, 2008 (FPRC) -- According to Dr. Linda Eagle, President of the Edcomm Group Banker’s Academy, “The ACTION conference was the ideal setting for us to showcase our outstanding training programs, share information and exchange ideas. This was an exceptional opportunity for Edcomm Banker’s Academy to present our products and services to a captive audience of financial service providers.”

System Simulation Training (SST), from The Edcomm Group Banker’s Academy, is a computer-based, distance learning program, which can be delivered via Internet, Intranet or CD-ROM. The program successfully prepares students to use any new teller, platform, new account or any branch automation system with Edcomm Banker’s Academy’s award-winning Observe-Practice-Demonstrate model in a non-threatening, simulated environment that looks and feels like the real system, eliminating the need for a test lab. Employees will be fully prepared to use any new software before rollout of a new system, upgraded technology or conversion with minimal training time from any location. Training can be administered to new-hires and the program can be used as an ongoing refresher for existing employees.
