As a thank you, Mike Montpetit, Broker in Charge, announced that the company will provide clients a free market analysis so that their clients can better estimate the value of their homes.

A real estate market analysis looks at various market factors such as taxes, population patterns and the number of homes in Cary or Raleigh currently for sale to determine the value of a property. "A market analysis is key when looking to sell your home quickly," says Montpetit.
