The Edcomm Group Banker’s Academy to Present at African Banking Technology Conference in Nigeria

The Edcomm Group Banker’s Academy is scheduled to present at the African Banking Technology Conference sponsored by AITEC Africa in Lagos, Nigeria this May 7-8, 2008. The presentation will be given by Marilyn McGowan, a Senior Client Services Manager at Edcomm Banker’s Academy, who will address the importance of Systems Simulation Training (SST).

McGowan’s responsibilities at Edcomm Banker’s Academy include International Banking Projects involving Session Facilitation and custom project engagements. Before joining Edcomm, McGowan was Senior Vice President at Deutsche Bank, where she led a 30-person International Project Management Office for special projects. McGowan worked for State Street Corporation in Boston for three years as a Vice President of Corporate Communications and for three years in a Master Trust Division working with corporations with accounts exceeding $1 billion. Before joining State Street, Marilyn was with The Chase Manhattan Bank where she spent five years in charge of Retail Asian Operations.
