May 13, 2008 (FPRC) -- San Francisco, CA – Distinctive jewelry by San Francisco-based designer, John S. Brana, will accessorize the looks of three apparel sponsors on the runway of “Fashion Model 2008,” for the international release of Magazine Punto Latino. The fashion show/dinner event will be held Saturday, May 24 at the Luxor Restaurant, 101 Brentwood Rd., South San Francisco, at 7 p.m.

“I am very excited to sponsor this event,” Brana said. “The Latino community represents some of my best customers.” Over 300 guests are expected to attend, including ambassadors, consulates and area business owners. “Fashion Model 2008” will be advertised nationally on Telemundo stations beginning today. Live entertainment will include music from Bay Area Latin and funk band, La Ventana and Arabic style belly dancers.

The Nob Hill Collection is the latest addition to Brana’s distinct line of limited-edition jewelry and wearable art collections each as different as their San Francisco neighborhood namesakes. Featuring pure silver and 14Kgold intricate wirework designs outlined in sterling silver or 14K gold-filled unique rounded shapes, these earrings evoke an appreciation for detail and fine craftsmanship reminiscent of the Victorian era of architecture. Filigree necklace, bracelet and ring designs will soon be available.

• Barbary Coast- a dramatic and colorful display of layering semiprecious gemstones and metals
• Sea Cliff- surprisingly elegant life-like art pieces of metal-casted marine elements
