BlueStar to Distribute RFID Products from FEIG Electronics
These additions will allow BlueStar to offer end-to-end RFID solutions.

May 20, 2008 (FPRC) -- BlueStar, the leading innovator in solutions-based distribution for Auto ID, Point-of-Sale, Mobility, and RFID products, has reached an agreement to distribute the FEIG Electronics line of RFID products. BlueStar is now selling FEIG’s RFID products through both its United States and Canada offices.
FEIG Electronics will be a marquee addition to BlueStar’s RFID line-up. Its products complement BlueStar’s distribution model of providing quality, end-to-end RFID solutions that include mobile and fixed RFID readers, printers, smart cards/labels, portals, software, and related professional services.
FEIG has a deep history in LF and HF RFID hardware innovation and continues to invest in a range of new technologies and markets with its UHF products. The company provides its passive High-Frequency (HF) and Ultra-High Frequency (UHF) Generation 2 (Gen 2) reader products in a number of applications including Library Media Management, Healthcare, Manufacturing, and Asset Management. FEIG is engaged globally with leading System Integrators and Value-Added Resellers. Distribution will fulfill a critical role in ensuring easier deployment of RFID technology across those markets served by BlueStar.
