Mallory Alexander International Logistics Names Terry Maready Chief Information Officer

May 21, 2008 (FPRC) -- MEMPHIS, Tennessee--Mallory Alexander International Logistics announces the appointment of Terry Maready as chief information officer. “Information drives the supply chain, and Terry has the experience, skills and vision to deliver the solutions our clients need,” says Neely Mallory, president.

“Mallory Alexander, with its rich history and strong tradition of customer service, attracted me as an ideal environment for best-in-class customer support,” Maready says. Since joining Mallory Alexander, Maready has identified key initiatives including enhanced help desk support, development of a more robust Wide Area Network, and an improved Web presence in the marketplace.

“With his supply chain experience, Terry will be a great leader as we enhance our Information Technology Solutions to provide superior customer service,” Mallory says.

Most recently Maready was vice president/chief technology officer of Aegis Communications Group, a provider of business process outsourcing services and technology solutions. Prior to joining Aegis he developed and implemented technology systems for leading mid-size supply chain service providers.

Maready entered the supply chain sector in 1998 when he joined Exel Transportation Services, Inc. (formerly Mark VII Transportation), advancing to corporate senior director of the Technology and Global Freight Management Division. “This business has been in my blood since that first experience,” he says. “My strength is information technology and I enjoy using this to create real supply chain value. Our customers count on us for seamless supply chain solutions and visibility.” Maready says. “That's a perspective we never lose at Mallory Alexander.”
