Now that these search tools are integrated into her website, Gerri is able to instantly connect her website visitors with the New Jersey properties listed on her local Multiple Listing Service (MLS) the Cape May County MLS (CMCAOR).
Gerri Rescigno has set up her search tools so that they display a basic search, a full-color, interactive map search, an address search, a listing search and an advanced search. The advanced search includes drop down fields with everything from price to siding. She has provided her customers with featured properties listings, an email search where they can sign up for automatic emails with listing updates and a customer login that will allow them to save their searches.
