May 30, 2008 (FPRC) -- GoldmineMag.com, the online companion for Goldmine, the Collectors Record and Compact Disc Marketplace, was recently relaunched with a wide range of new content and features.

“We are thrilled to offer music collectors a one-stop shop online,” said Goldmine associate publisher Scott Tappa. “In addition to offering everything web users expect in a modern website -- blogs, message boards, multimedia -- we have also begun placing our extensive collection of archived stories on the new site. Music collectors will be able to shop, listen to music and interviews, or just do research on their areas of interest.”

On the new GoldmineMag.com, users will find:

-Easy access to Goldmine Radio, a streaming audio station featuring music from Goldmine’s record label partners
-Reviews of albums, DVDs, books, and concerts
-Podcasts featuring Goldmine editors talking to music legends
-The latest news and commentary from the music collecting world
-Over 1,000 articles archived from Goldmine’s rich history
-Goldmine editor Peter Lindblad’s blog
-An extensive list of links to music resources
-Tour news and dates
-The new Goldmine Directory, complete with store locator
-An enhanced Marketplace where music collectors can add to their collection

Early feedback from GoldmineMag.com users has been positive. Visitors have found the site faster-loading than the previous site, and praised the design, store locator, Goldmine Radio, and surveys.
