This is long term. In the mean time, he continues to build a career while ensuring he is available to serve and work on various community development initiatives.
This is an enlightening study in the heart and art of shepherding, with examples of leadership qualities displayed by Bible characters, like Moses, Gideon, Samuel and David. I highly recommend the book to both current and aspiring shepherds/leaders.
