The new version of this advanced mobile phone card analysis tool comes with a much faster SIM card scanning mechanism, which can be easily paused or resumed. Dekart SIM Explorer also has the unique ability to work without the SIM card and to read and interpret Unicode SMS, as well as display human readable names of each file on the SIM.

One essential particularity of Dekart SIM Explorer is its special design which facilitates forensic investigations. The program is built for mobile operators, content providers, forensic detectives, developers, reverse engineers and others who need flexible access to the structure of a SIM card. SIM Explorer allows you to view and edit the raw data from the SIM card and it also provides a more convenient way to display the information, interpreting the contents of the file and showing it in a human-readable form. This makes Dekart SIM Explorer a best choice for experts, allowing 'live' and 'offline' low-level analysis of the SIM card; as well as for novices who are not yet familiar with the SIM or USIM standards.
