June 6, 2008 (FPRC) -- DiaTri, LLC (parent organization to the companies of MDM, AAS, and DBM), is happy to announce the hiring of Melanie Hennessy as its Chief Financial Officer. In her role, she will be responsible for all accounting and finance related activities for all five DiaTri companies.
With a public accounting background and over 26 years of healthcare experience, Ms. Hennessy has held various positions within accounting and finance, most notably as Chief Financial Officer at St. Anthony's Hospital in Chicago and as Chief Financial Officer of a publicly held management services organization in the managed care industry. Ms. Hennessy holds a Bachelors Degree in Accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and is a licensed CPA in the state of Florida.
