June 10, 2008 (FPRC) -- US National Telecom (Pinksheets: USNT) is feeling lucky these days because the companies it has invested in are doing well in their respective markets involving VoIP and telecom. One of its affiliates, Packetrino (www.Packetrino.com) has proven itself as a rock solid switching platform, and USNT's other affiliate, One World Networks is now planning to deploy Packetrino.
One World is focused on international call termination, sending calls all over the globe in a reliable way. Due to special requirements it needed a softswitch that was not only reliable but could provide excellent features such as Least Cost Routing, and Rating and Billing.
The current share structure of USNT is 460,083,750 shares outstanding with 240,763,800 Restricted and 2,000,000 Preferred shares.
