This option offers you a portal where you can login, see the order details of your clients’ accounts, see commissions, create coupons for your clients etc. With this option OnlineBackupVault.com will offer customer service and full technical support directly to the end user (your client) – This option is most common for small businesses/consulting firms with a limited support staff as well as businesses that are not directly in the IT field that are simply looking for residual revenue while not looking for an additional workload such as insurance brokers etc.

2. Gold Vault Partner – With our Gold Vault partner program we will make you your own branded software. The software will be labeled “YOUR COMPANY powered by OnlineBackupVault.com”. With this option OnlineBackupVault.com will provide customer service and technical support to your clients. Being a gold partner with OnlineBackupVault.com you will receive an 18% commission based off of the OnlineBackupVault.com rate plan. With this option the partner can login to his reseller console and create trial accounts for their clients. The branding cost of the software is $100.00.

3. Platinum Vault Partner - We will re-brand OnlineBackupVault.com as “your” software. The software will have no mention of OnlineBackupVault.com. The software will have strictly your contact information. With this selection you have all the features of OnlineBackupVault.com software but your users will not have the value added features OnlineBackupVault.com home page offers. We will provide you a link to the web server so that your users may have access from the road to their files. With this option you must commit to signing up 30 clients within the first three months. The cost of branding your software is $100.00. With this option the partner can create trial accounts from his/her portal to track his clients as well as convert those trials to paid accounts. Included with this option is a custom branded user manual in PDF format. With this option we will resell OBV plans to you at 20% below web pricing and you may resell to your clients at whatever rate you would like. OBV will charge you an annual maintenance fee of $5.00 per account. If you do not reach a minimum of 30 clients by the end of the fourth month there will be an additional surcharge of $5.00 per account per quarter.
