M3NetworX, Inc. Retains O’Keefe Investment Banking to Raise Initial Round of External Funding

June 16, 2008 (FPRC) -- M3NetworX, Inc., a direct-response mobile marketing and advertising company that utilizes proprietary technology to target cell phone users and enhance the business and personal needs of its clients, today announced that it has retained O’Keefe & Associates’ Investment Banking group to raise its initial round of external financing. M3NetworX is seeking an equity investment of $5 and $10 million to continue development of the company’s industry-leading delivery and interface technology platforms; initiate broader media acquisition; expand sales and marketing efforts; and develop an appropriate level of corporate infrastructure.
M3NetworX was founded in April 2007 by several advertising and marketing industry executives with more than 25 years of combined consumer based marketing experience.
“To date, mobile marketing has mainly been an elusive value proposition and limited to ringtone and wallpaper offerings, single carrier specials and limited programming opportunities.
