Andrea Kluit, one of the partners, says: “People Know How was founded by us, hoteliers, who were looking for a new mid to senior level job in the industry, but could not find it online. Most job boards focus on waiters, room attendants up to restaurant managers, while we were looking for jobs at Assistant F&B level up to VP level.
