June 30, 2008 (FPRC) -- As a result of Dubai’s dramatic economic growth over the last several years, the city’s banking services have emerged as a major contributor to its monetary success. In just four years, the number of financial institutions has nearly doubled to now include 768 banks making Dubai’s banking services (11%) the second largest contributor to the city’s wealth. While Dubai continues to demonstrate itself as a major hub of the new worldwide economy, intense competition among Dubai’s bankers, investment managers and wealth planners has created a high demand for the best in state-of-the-art bank training and education. Dubai’s banks include some of the largest in the United Arab Emirates including the National Bank of Dubai, Dubai Islamic bank, the Commercial Bank of Dubai, Mashreq Bank, Dubai Bank and many more.
